News11-01-07By: Andrew Markel (editor of Brake and Front End) Last, but not least, is Rich Evans. This year at SEMA, I had a chance to meet him, nice guy, well spoken and very smart. He should be the spokesperson for our industry. Why? because he is an artist and craftsman who works on cars. He is not a drone in a starched shirt. When you are a kid looking for a direction in life, the last thing that you want to be is an accountant or an idiot in a starched shop uniform or greasy coveralls. He is an individual, and when you young, that is all you want to be.

Rich Evans is quiet and reserved with a steely eye for detail. A long time seasoned artist in the custom car world of Southern California, his latest creation is definitely something to stop and spend some time to look at.
